2. Erhobene Daten

  • Creator Email:

    • Muss beim Erstellen eines Projekts angegeben werden.

    • Wird immer gespeichert, um das Projekt zu verwalten.

  • Yes-Response E-Mails:

    • Nutzer können optional ihre E-Mail angeben.

    • Eine Checkbox zur Einwilligung muss aktiviert sein, damit die E-Mail gespeichert wird.

    • Ohne aktiv gesetzte Checkbox wird die E-Mail nicht gespeichert.

    • Doppelte E-Mails für dasselbe Projekt werden ignoriert.

  • No-Response E-Mails:

    • Werden nicht gespeichert.

3. Speicherung

  • Daten werden in einer SQL-Datenbank gespeichert.

  • Fällt die Datenbank aus, existieren die Daten nur temporär im Arbeitsspeicher.

4. Nutzung der Daten

  • Creator-Email: Nur für Projektverwaltung.

  • Yes-Response E-Mails: Nur für Zuordnung zum Projekt und zum Creator.

  • Keine Weitergabe an Dritte.

5. Löschfunktion

  • Nutzer können ihre gespeicherte E-Mail jederzeit im Dashboard löschen.

  • Löschung erfolgt sofort und wird im UI angezeigt.

6. Cookies & Analytics

  • Für das MVP werden keine Tracking- oder Analytics-Tools genutzt.

7. Rechtsgrundlage / DSGVO

  • Creator-Email: Vertragserfüllung / berechtigtes Interesse.

  • Yes-Response E-Mails: Einwilligung (Checkbox).

  • Nutzer haben jederzeit das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung und Löschung.

8. Änderungen

  • Wir behalten uns vor, die Datenschutzerklärung anzupassen, wenn neue Funktionen implementiert werden.

  • Users can delete their stored emails at any time via the dashboard.

  • Deletion occurs immediately and the UI updates accordingly.

6. Cookies & Analytics

  • No tracking or analytics tools are used in the MVP.

7. Legal Basis / GDPR

  • Creator Email: Contract performance / legitimate interest.

  • Yes-Response Emails: Consent (checkbox).

  • Users have the right to access, correct, and delete their data at any time.

8. Changes

  • We reserve the right to update this privacy policy if new features are implemented..
